15 Jun Lehigh Valley Health Network Joins Best in Class Care’s Domestic Network of Providers
Best in Class Care is excited to announce that Pennsylvania based Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) has joined the Best in Class Care network as an available provider for a variety of medical services.
The result of this partnership will allow Best in Class Care users to select a LVHN facility as their preferred location to receive medical care. LVHN is offering price transparency and bundled pricing on services through the platform so prospective patients will know the cost of their service prior to scheduling or receiving any care. Making price transparency a standard practice in the US healthcare market is a primary mission of Best in Class Care.
CEO of Best in Class Care, Jeff Bohnson, is encouraged by this partnership as they begin to expand their domestic network and promote destination medicine. “Partnering with Lehigh Valley Health Network shows how some U.S. providers are committed to offering a better patient experience and make the much-needed shift towards a consumer-based healthcare model. We have seen such success with our international partners that have adopted the Best in Class Care platform, so this is a step in the right direction on how organizations can join together to jumpstart the healthcare reform in the United States”, Bohnson notes.
LVHN is a multi-specialty medical provider and will be offering a variety of services to Best in Class Care users. By joining the Best in Class Care network, LVHN will have access to patients outside of their immediate area that need medical care at one of their many recognized facilities. “LVHN is looking forward to innovative partnerships that help us deliver on our vision for value-based healthcare – the highest quality care at the lowest possible cost. Our goal is to extend our services to patients beyond our current geography and provide them with excellent care experiences. As our patients and community demand greater transparency, access, and convenience, the Best In Class platform will allow us to meet their needs in a new way,” says Dr. Debbie Salas-Lopez, Chief Transformation Officer.
